I'm going away for a few month starting June 30th and was looking to sublet my cozy bedroom for the time being.
If you have a hard time finding a place in the city and need few month to figure that out your next move, feel free to stay in our beautiful place.
I ask first month and deposit for 2 month minimum with the possible extension.
Our place is located in the heart of Nolita neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars, museums... Subways Broadway-Lafayette - train BDFM, Bleeker and Spring - train 6, Prince - train R, Bowery - train JZ.
It's a true catch. It's a true deal, you won't be able to find such prices in this area.
We ask you to be neat and respectful. We do not bring party home. And keep apt clean.
The room comes furnished, has AC and closet space.
We pay Internet and Electrical bills (doesn't come more than $70 a month).
