The location is amazing, you'll be in the heart of Nolita, near all the great bars and restaurants of LES, EV and Soho. Although it is in the heart of everything and near the 6, B, D, F, M trains, the street is not noisy at all.
The apartment by itself is on the last floor. It has been recently renovated and features a chef’s kitchen, the living room is wide and features exposed brick.
Your room fits a queen-sized bed and has a closet.
There's 2 bathrooms featuring radiant heat flooring, ceiling-mounted rain shower head and there is WASHER & DRYER in unit. Rooftop in the building!
You'll be sharing the apartment with a 26yr old guy working as a data scientist and I, a 24yr old French girl working in the wine&spirit industry. We're looking for an open-minded and friendly person that occasionally enjoys small get-together nights. Reach out if you think it could be a fit!
