NOLITA 3 Bedroom

Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bathroom walk up (no elevator) in NOLITA, not far from Soho. I will be staying, but I’m looking for two roommates since my 2 current roommates are leaving. Each room is furnished with a bed, dresser, bedside table, and air conditioning unit. Storage available under bed and in closet. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, but no laundry unit in apartment. Monthly rent is 1330, and utilities are between 80 to 90 depending on the month. The location is central with lots of restaurants nearby for brunch and dinner. There are also a lot of coffee shops, grocery stores, and gyms around. I am very social and wouldn’t mind movie and tv/ wine nights with roommates and going out with the mood is right. Love brunch and exploring the city. I’m easy going. I am clean and there is a maid that comes once a month which is only 33 dollars a month.
