Private 1 bedroom apt in the best neighborhood in the city. You are in the ultimate charming and hip Soho/little Italy/Chinatown border.

2blocks from Lower East Side, 1 block from top of Chinatown,
5-15 min Walking distance to areas like east village & TriBeCa. 20 minute walk to Wall Street. Several Subways are close. Midtown and uptown are 10-15min on subway. Please be aware that this is a 4 floors walk-up (aka stairs)
Fully renovated, & tidy. Neighbors are all quiet.

I rent out my place only on holidays and since AirBandB is not longer in NYC I use this. I can show previous reviews (4.98 rating) if you would like.

You'll be in Nolita/ SoHo on Elizabeth Street, close to the best cafes, restaurants and shopping in the city. The area is charming, hip, central.
Space is in a pre-war building. Lots of natural light from all the windows since apt faces east (a rare find in NYC).
