I am looking for a 25-35 year old professional female housemate to take over the second room in my 2 bed apartment in Nolita. Apartment is a 2nd floor walk up, in-building laundry, fully airconditioned with a rooftop of 7th floor. Apartment is recently furnished/modern; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 small kitchen. The bedroom for rent has good light, fits a queen bed and a desk. Has built-in wardrobe.. (Bedroom 1 in the floor plan).

Looking for someone who has an in-person job (apartment is not massive) and is relaxed and tidy.

I am very chilled, tidy, outgoing and have great ex-roommate references. I'm female, Irish, 30 and work in renewable energy. Interested in art and fitness. I generally work from home 1 day a week. Happy to chat by zoom or meet in person as needed. Can share social media/ LinkedIn profiles also.
