My apartment has a doorman, gym, rooftop and 24 hour laundry in the facility and an outside pool for the summer. It is a Large bedroom (144sq ft, 12x12) and a large walk in closet and a queen size bed. The Kitchen includes a Luxury water filter to help clean the chemicals out of the water and to alkaline the water for better hydration.
Free bus to the F train, sky tram, and Starbucks. Grocery store across the street.
15 minutes commute into Midtown and Times Square.
