Room: 19.1' x 12' = 230 sqft. Flex wall all the way to the ceiling, the door has a lock, making it no different from real bedrooms, only it's bigger and cheaper! Furnished: flexible

Utilities: water, gas, heating, electricity, A/C are included. You will pay extra $20/month for WiFi.

Deposit: It's sublease, so you don't need to worry about paperwork or maximum staying. Deposit is one month rent and will be refunded the same day you move out.

Apartment: 4B1.5B. A full kitchen contains dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and oven. The whole apartment is pest-free! We keep it nice and clean. Laundry room is in the building. Washer and dryer cost $1.35 and $1.50 per use respectively. Elevator in the building

Current roommates: 4 clean, quiet, respectful, well-educated girls, all in their 20s. I've lived in this apt for almost two years and really like having them around.

Roosevelt Island: Only 1 subway stop from Manhattan! You can enjoy gorgeous city skyline with no need to bear the high expenses in the city. Transportation is diversified... metro, bus, tram, ferry, and free RIOC bus. There are supermarkets, USPS, UPS, NY Public Library, Starbucks, Subway, restaurants, swimming pool, recreation facilities on the island. Cute squirrels and pigeons on the roads.
