Room on Roosevelt Island (Female Only)

We are looking for a female to take over one of the bedrooms in our apartment. Female only. Easygoing, clean, and willing to sign the new lease with us after May.
Move-in date: Beginning of May.
No furniture except bookshelf, air condition, and a built-in closet.

Roosevelt Island is a quiet, relaxed and extremely safe neighborhood, grocery store/take out/restaurants/post office within 10min walk radius, laundry is in the building. 6m to subway station and only one stop to Manhattan. There is also the tram to Manhattan and ferries to Wall Street/midtown.

You will have three female roommates who are extremely respectful and quiet, they all work in Manhattan. You will share the bathroom with other roommates, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking.

Rent is $974, internet around $15/month. Water/heat/electricity all included.
To move in, 1 month rent as deposit + plus first month rent = $1948
