Looking for a roommate for a big and beautiful room at Roosevelt Island! The room has gorgeous view, and is located very conveniently for any commute to the upper east side or anywhere on the F train. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: kitchen (fully equipped), AC, heater, TV, couch. The room itself will be unfurnished. The building also has a gym and a common space if you like working from home. Also has Gristedes (groceries store) right opposite the building and is a Costco nearby. You will basically have the kitchen to yourself because I eat at work and only cook occasionally on the weekend. The rent includes all utilities except electricity (30-100 per month depends on the season, split evenly).
About me: I'm 24, working in a tech company in Chelsea. Easygoing and mostly spend my time after work watching TV or listening to music in my room. Also enjoy photography and doing weekend trips.
