Hi, we are now looking for a roommate for the master's living room in the apartment.
The room which is available now is the biggest bedroom in the apartment, which contains a bathroom, a bed and a simple desk and chair. There is also a huge closet in the room.
Our apartment is located on the first floor, it would only take 5 minutes to the subway, and 10 minutes' working to three different supermarket in the island.
Considering the issue of Coronavirus, Rooselvt Island has been the safest place in NYC. You can approach manhattan with tram rather than subway when you are living there.
All the tenants live with you are graduate students from China. We are quiet, polite and friendly.,
