Roosvelt Island, Private bath room, big space

It's a large apartment on Roosevelt Island.
My current roommate will be moving out at the end of January.

The building is relatively new, so all rooms are air conditioned and comfortable. The room is on the 11th floor and has a great view to the East River.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, so you can wash your clothes without worrying about the availability of the laundry room.

You can own your own bathroom.
You can use the space other than the kitchen and living room as your own.

There are three bedrooms, and we will rent out the smaller one, but if you would like to use the main bedroom, please let me know.

It's a fairly spacious space without furniture, so I think it's more suitable for people who are looking for a studio or 1BR and who think the prices are too high in NYC.

If you would like furniture for your room, please let us know.
We can provide some basic furnitures like bed and dresser and etc.

There is a 24-hour doorman at the entrance who can also pick up deliveries.

This is a share approved by Leasing Office, so you can receive deliveries under your own name.

The building has a gym, which is free to use. 

There is also a Rooftop, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the summer.

I am at home almost every day WFH, so
I'm available for viewing almost any time if you contact us.
