Room available in Roosevelt Island

My roommate is moving out so we’re looking for a new roommate to sign the lease in our 3br/1.5ba apartment on Roosevelt Island!

The room is $1475 with all utilities included. AC+Heat are controlled in each individual room with a thermostat! Elevators, laundry, and gym in the building. 7 mins walk to F subway and literally 5 mins to get to midtown. There’s also tram, bus, and ferry as well. Currently there’s one foster cat in the apartment so needs someone who’s pet friendly. We have a full sized kitchen with all appliances. Great views of the Queensboro bridge!

I’m 19 and a student at Pace University, my other roommate is 23 and a project manager working in midtown. We’re both super quiet and respectful and looking for someone who’s also quiet, respectful, and easy going.
