Beautiful apartment in soho!

I am moving into a newly renovated 2br apartment in soho and am looking for a roommate! The apartment has all hardwood floors, tons of windows and light, a big living room and all new appliances. It is on the second floor of a prewar building that has been recently renovated as well.

Your room has a window (facing the back of the building so it's nice and quiet), a closet and has enough space for a queen bed, dresser and some extras. I currently have almost no furniture so if you have some you're more than welcome to bring it along!

The apartment is located 4 blocks from Washington square and is surrounded by tons of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and more. It's really close to the A and C (spring st station) and not far from other subway lines as well.

A bit about myself, I am currently getting a masters in film, I have a small cat, I am vegetarian and practice yoga. I am looking for someone to share the apartment with who is working/ studying and shares some similar interests. Message me if interested!
