Room for Rent in Amazing Rooftop Apartment

Hello everyone,

Looking for a new roommate to share our lovely apartment. It has a big roof deck and amazing views across downtown Manhattan.

There is laundry in the basement, a live-in superintendent; it's a very chilled, cozy, and convenient space to live in - the neighborhood has lots of awesome little spots to eat, drink and dance and is five minutes walk from three subway stops (Bowery, Spring Street, Grand Street).

Room is a good size - with a closet to hang clothes and window. Can fit a Queen sized bed (and comes with one free if you'd like it, if not it can be rented unfurnished).

About us...

We are two sisters in our 20s that share the second floor room. One of us works in magazine advertising and the other works as an assistant and freelance film editor. Our jobs require very long hours so we hope that this place can maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
