I've lived in my lovely apartment for 9 years now and am looking for a new roommate to move in January 1 through 7/31 with option to take over the lease starting Aug 1. The apartment is bright and airy, on the third floor. It's got a separate kitchen, very large living room and tons of closet space. My building is very well-maintained, with a very responsive super and laundry in the basement. The neighborhood is quiet, but super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and plenty of subway lines (A, C, E, N, R, 1, B, F, D, V, 6.)
