Comfortable cozy room in a beautiful neighbourhood

Hi everybody,
My flatmate leaves at the end of February and I'm looking for someone nice to replace him with.

Me:
I work as a video game designer and have recently completed my second masters at NYU. I am of Indian origins but have lived in the UK for a long time and am very British with my ways. I am extremely quiet and do my best to keep the apartment clean. I am quite friendly and can hangout for an evening drink if you'd like or even leave you to your means.
I also speak French and love collecting wines.

The apartment:
The apartment is in what I can call as one of the best locations in NYC. The street is absolutely quiet and peaceful yet, you've got bleecker Street a block away and the luxuries of Soho around you, full of quaint bars, caf?s and restaurants. This would be the perfect apartment for an NYU student as the Washington square park campus is a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment is a two bedroom flat with a furnished kitchen. The bathroom is separate from the toilet which makes is perfect for two working professionals in the morning.
We've got an extraordinarily large fire escape which serves as the best summer balcony to chill out in and you can also see the empire state building from there.
There are no time limits and you are welcome to come in and out as you please. Overnight guests are absolutely welcome.
Smoking is allowed in the apartment kitchen and in your room should you like to.
The nearest subway stations are spring street (C and E trains), West 4th (A, C and E), Houston Street (1,2 and 3 trains) and Broadway - Lafayette ( B, D, F, M and 6) so you're well connected.

The internet and utilities would usually cost you 50 USD in the winters and 75 USD in the summers.
