IM moving out of the master bedroom and looking for someone to take over my lease, or at lease be 3 months in my place until my roommates' girlfriend moves in.

The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen with dishasher. It also has its own washer and dryer. Even thought the drycleaner is 1 block away.

The apartment is very close to the subway stations. 4 min walk to the C/E and 1 train. 7 min walk to the Q/R train.

The neighborhood id very lively but not uncomfortable. There are plenty of bars an restaurants nearby. Not to mention the Little Prince Restaurant downstairs which is always a good bet to get a couple of drink before a night out.
