The apartment is original 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with a shared living room & kitchen. Room is unfurnished but includes an AC unit in the window.

The apartment is currently occupied by two women, both young professionals. Everyone is quiet, kind, and respectful and never makes too much noise or stays up too late. The place is easy to keep clean and has great heat and A/C at an affordable cost.
