Room in Soho Apartment)

Looking for a roommate to join us in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern apartment in Soho. Elizabeth street location with all the luxuries of Soho plus rain head showers, wine fridge, a projector, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and CB2 furniture - what?s not to love. The living room also gets tons of natural light and has a peninsula-style kitchen setup that opens up the space nicely. We keep it super clean and also have a cleaner once a month.

The room that we're listing has two large windows that face the street and allow in a ton of natural light (and very little street noise?it's a popular street during the day and quiet at night). The room fits a Queen bed with leftover space for small furniture items/lighting/plants/etc. The room comes with a built-in closet and shelving that sits behind tastefully designed cabinet doors.

We both work long hours so the apartment is quiet and relaxing. Jason is in venture capital and I run Product at a startup in NYC. On the weekends however we love having people over, going out, having DMC (deep meaningful chats), seeing DJs, and hosting movies on our projector.
