I am looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is relocating for work outside of NYC. It is a great 2BR/1BA apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Looking for move in date as soon as possible, but there is some flexibility.

* Under 5 minute walk to A/C/E and 1 trains

I'm 33/male, been living in the city for around 5 years. I work decent hours in tech/finance and I am not home much during the weekdays. I am a respectable and drama free roommate. I really like the apartment and the neighborhood. I am hoping to find someone so I do not have to move and break the lease.
