looking for a roommate to live with me in my awesome old school new york 2BR apartment at 50 grand street in soho. i am also happy to live with a couple for $1700/month. your bedroom will be completely empty (byo furniture, but i have an air mattress, extra lamp and chest of drawers if you need to borrow anything) and the apartment is otherwise furnished.
i am a single, female grad student in her 30s who has lived in nyc for 10 years. in the past i've happily lived with male, female, gay, straight, local and international roommates of all walks of life and have enjoyed the new york adventure.
looking for someone to stay 1-7 months, with the option to extend. rent is $1400/month and utilities (gas, electric, internet) are less than $100/month. again, $1700/month for couples and we'll split the utilities 3 ways.
