Hello! I'm Emily and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my 2br apartment starting January 1 through July 31 (with option to renew with the building.) The apartment is bright and airy, on the third floor. It's got a separate kitchen, very large living room and tons of closet space. Each room is equal sized with a large closet and big enough to fit a queen bed plus additional furniture. My building is very well-maintained, with a very responsive super and laundry in the basement. Some furniture is available for sale. The neighborhood is quiet, but super convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and plenty of subway lines (A, C,E, N, R, 1, B, F, D, V, 6.)
