Affordable bedroom in Soho (Thompson St)

Hello,

We are 2 roommates looking for a third to move in on September 1st to our apartment in Soho. We have been living here for one year and our friend is moving out of state so we have an open bedroom.

The apartment is small (but very cheap). There is no common area. It is on the 3rd floor of a walkup and is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops neighboring.

We are both easy going and do our best to keep the place tidy. We work in finance and enjoy going to the gym, comedy, exploring the city and playing/watching basketball and soccer.
