Beautiful furnished ensuite Master bedroom in Soho

Available room: The bedroom we're looking to fill is a master, so it also comes with its own private bathroom. It will come furnished.

Communal area: There are also three other girls living in the apartment as well already. We already have furniture for the communal areas and kitchen sets and appliances, so all you would need to bring is stuff for your room really. The three girls are all NYU students; 2 are grad students and one is an older undergrad. hey are pretty laid back, clean and considerate of each other when it comes to noise when someone is busy or studying. But we also do value hanging out with each other, whether it is going out to eat or have fun, or to just relax at home and watch a movie.

Location: We are in Soho, on Varick St., a really continent spot, just down the street from a Trader Joe's and CVS. On either side we're about block away from two major train lines as well.

Building: We're on the 4th floor of a walkup with on-site laundry, a heaven send. There are security cameras throughout building and it is in a safe and well lit area.

Finances: Rent each month for it is $1942 with a $1000 security deposit but this can potentially be negotiated!

Me: I'm a Brit in the States and have to go home for 3 months and so I’m looking to fill my room whilst I’m in the UK from December to March.
