I have one room available to rent in my gut renovated 3 bedroom SoHo apartment. LGBTQIA FRIENDLY. The room is $1495 utilities not included, has a closet, a HUGE storage space and a fullsize bed as well.
-Move in date is December 1. I need someone to commit to at least 6 months-preferably one year.
About the apartment:
-4th floor walk-up (great for your butt)
-no shoes inside (its so dirty!) 🤣
-Amazing light, especially in the morning
-Dishwasher
-Utilities are about $85 each per month
-Building is RENT STABILIZED
-Deposit of $1495 is required
-Must have proof of employment/income
-laundromat is just around the corner
-very quiet building and lovely neighbors
-close to basically ALL trains, but half a block from A, C, E and 1
-Looking for female/female identifying/non-binary/gay males age 25-35.).
-no couples/sleepovers (I don’t want to hear people having sex LOL)
-no pets (my dog doesn’t get along with most dogs and is a terror to cats)
-The space could be used as an office or studio if you like.
-Looking for someone respectful, who is a good communicator, has positive vibes and common courtesy. It’s important that everyone cleans up after themselves, doesn’t slam doors etc. My bff used to live here and we loved watching Real Housewives (anything Bravo) together so that would be cute if you did too. But if you prefer to do your own thing that’s totally fine.

-I'm a creative (actress/artist) but I work as a pt nanny/pa.
-I have a Pomeranian (he loves humans)
-I'm vegan so no cooking meat in the apartment (that includes fish)
-I compost and recycle
-I’m a homebody and I like the place to be super clean (no personal items in the living room)
-I’m very goofy and love to laugh
-I like a quiet home, no parties/sleepovers (this is my sanctuary).
-I am home a lot but currently looking for FT work.
-I like to burn sage and palo santo 🤗
The other roommate is a female artist from South Korea currently getting her MFA and is in the studio ALL the time. She’s basically only there to sleep.
