? One's background is in finance & marketing & Spanish, the other works in publishing
? We're pretty friendly/social, love to go out, but stay in and have dinner/wine sometimes, never bring the party back with us
? We both cook a little and try to be healthy. One runs down the East River as much as she can and plays soccer; the other is obsessed with her gym visits
? We love restaurants, bars, museums, comedy shows, gallery openings, parks -- pretty much anything and everything

Looking for:

? Cool, like-minded roommate (male or female) to sign 1-year sublet agreement as an occupant (not tenant)
? Probably upper 20s-lower 30s since we've both been out of college for a while
? Someone who is basically nice, fun & clean (at least in common areas), we just want everyone to be happy and comfortable and feel like this is truly their home--respect and common courtesy is key
? Lease technically restarts Aug. 26, though there is the possibility of some flexibility.
? Someone with a US guarantor who makes at least $100k--This is Stuytown's requirement, not ours, and as much as we'd like to, we can't get around it. *Guarantor will be a co-guarantor with one roommate's parents (together the combined income needs to meet $200k annually)
