Living room for rent

Hi I have a living room for rent and is available from dec 16th. It's on 20 th street and first ave. All utilities and wifi included. The living room has a divider which provides full privacy. We are students and are looking for someone who is nice, clean and does not bring party home. We respect each other's privacy .
