Seeking Roommate

The apartment is located on the corner of 20th and 1st. It is a 2 bedroom fully furnished (except for the person?s bedroom), Living room, dining area, bathroom, lots of closets. It would be around $2200/month and all utilities are included (including concierge service, wifi & cable), washing machine in building, security on grounds, parking not even a block away on their side of the street. The subway is a couple of blocks away and the bus is on their corner. They have a gym, in the court yard in summer there is a farmers market, in winter ice skating, cyber cafe, there is basketball courts & tennis.
