1 Large Bedroom in 2BR Apartment

Currently looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom apartment in Stuyvesant Town. My boyfriend and I are looking for a subletter for a one year lease starting on 9/1, with availability to move in a few days early.

The bedroom is 12' x 12' with large windows and a new A/C unit. My current roommate has a queen size bed and a desk and still has room for additional furniture.

The apartment was renovated right before I moved in (5 years ago), so the kitchen and bathroom are both brand new. I have fios, and cable/internet is typically $65 a person each month. I have rugs, a couch, and most of the kitchen necessities, but the living room is pretty big so there is space if you have additional furniture.

I'm a 28 year old female who works in product marketing; mostly from Flatiron but occasionally (rarely) from home. My boyfriend works in the wellness field and so his work schedule is less structured. We're looking for someone who is friendly and respectful, but not opposed to having people in the apartment on occasion. No pets and no smokers.
