I am a 32-year old Business Development Professional, looking for a clean, professional roommate for a Feb move in or March until end of
May. My apartment is 2 BR, 1 BA in Peter Cooper Village in lower Manhattan. I love my current roommate, but she is looking for a smaller place possibly outside Manhattan. I believe My roommate is taking her furniture but the common areas are furnished and should have space for additional furniture should you have more than bedroom furniture. You would need to bring your bedroom furniture, but I can confirm this if you are needing a furnished option.

Rent is $1925 and plus utilities. Cable/internet are an additional $63. 96 per person per month and a fee for the AC is $26.65 per person per month. One month's security deposit is required and a lease until May 31, 2018 (this is negotiable if looking to move out mid-may).

You would have the larger of the two bedrooms. The unit is a very large flex 1 BR so each bedroom is expansive with windows facing the Empire State Building - an amazing site at night from the 13th floor. Building amenities include in-building laundry. The complex is a large green space area with plenty of walks, recreation areas and cafe/business area. This is a pet friendly and family oriented complex.

I am looking for someone with a reliable job who is social, respectful, responsible and may not mind the occasional Happy Hour. The Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove. (Floor plan and pictures attached)

Small Dogs and Cats are okay. I love animals and there is a lot of open green space in the Peter Cooper Village Complex.
