Spacious East Village Room $1600!

This is a gorgeous three bedroom apartment located in StuyTown on 14th street. We are two wonderful roommates (a male and a female) looking to sublet our third bedroom. Room can come furnished or unfurnished at your discretion. We have no gender preference of the third roommate.

The rent of the room is $1,600 per month.

The room is beautiful with a huge window for great light and is approximately 11X12. You will be sharing a bathroom but we keep it very clean.

About your future roommates:
Hi. I am Hannah. I am a executive assistant and my other roommate is Kyle, a designer and receptionist. We both work full time, currently from home. We cook occasionally and love exploring the city. We are looking for a roommate that is respectful and tidy. We go out occasionally but very rarely bring back people to the apartment, especially now.

Kyle and I have a cat and a dog (Oliver is blind) that are super friendly and cute. We hope our future roommate is ok with pets in the apartment.
