Hey there! I am currently looking for roommates to fill an unfurnished 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Peter Cooper Village. This is for a one year lease, sorry no short term sublets!

The apartment is HUGE, recently renovated, and has great amenities, like laundry in the building, elevators, and a dishwasher and microwave already included. Each of the rooms can easily fit a queen or king size bed plus additional furniture. There is plenty of closet space and all of the rooms get tons of natural light.
