Looking for someone to sublet my master bedroom in a 2 bedrooms 1 flex 1 bath apartment during summer holiday(6/1 to 8/31, 2019). It is spacious, quiet, fully furnished, read to move-in with all the amenities you could possibly need. You will be sharing the common area with your flatmates, 2 easygoing young professionals.
Whether you are here for business or for leisure, it is the place you want to stay. It has everything you need, printer, microwave, air purifier, over-bed table, bedroom sofa, etc. We also got biweekly housekeeping to clean your room, and you don?t have to pay any extra.
Great location - bus station M23+, M9 right outside the building, 5 minutes walk to 1st Ave Station (Train L).
Great value - you will not find any decent, furnished master bedroom cheaper than this one. This is how much I pay every month. I?m not here to make money!
