I am currently looking for some awesome roommates to fill some available 2 bed/1 bath apartments in Stuytown. These are for one year leases only and will come unfurnished, move in dates are flexible!
APARTMENT FEATURES: Stuytown is located within the #EastVillage and the apartments are amazing! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes. In the summer they even have movie nights in the park and a farmer's market on Sundays. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. In addition, utilities are included for just $26/month!
THE ROOMMATES: As for roommates, leave it to me! My name is David and I am a roommate matchmaker with the company Perfect Strangers of NYC.
