Hey there! I am currently looking for a chill male roommate to sign a 1 year lease on an unfurnished 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Stuytown, starting mid October.

Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are awesome! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The available room measures 12 ft x 15 ft and can comfortably fit a king size bed plus additional furniture. It has two closets, two windows for tons of natural light, an AC unit already installed, plus all utilities are included for just $26/month!
