Cool roommates needed for Stuytown Apt!! No FEE!

Hey there! I am currently looking for three roommates to sign a 1 year lease on an unfurnished NO FEE 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Stuytown, starting mid october.

Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are awesome! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. The two available rooms measures 10x12 and 9x14 and can comfortably fit a queen bed plus additional furniture. They each get their own closet space in the apartment, and have a large window for tons of natural light, an AC unit already installed, plus all utilities are included for just $26/month!

As for roommates, leave it to me! My name is David and I am a professional roommate matchmaker with the company Perfect Strangers of NYC. You would get to meet your other potential roommates before signing any leases. Once everyone meets and wants to move forward 1st months rent and 1 month security deposit due upfront. No brokers fee!
