We are looking to fill a room in our 3 bedroom apartment. The place is on 14th St and Ave A, tucked into the Stuytown loop. We are right across the street from the East Village and Gramercy off the 1st Ave L train (just an Avenue away). The room is available 8/7.
About the room: The room has a large window with a built in AC unit. There is space for a king-sized bed, a desk and a chest of drawers.
About the apt: 12th floor (top floor) of an elevator building in Stuytown. There are big windows in every room, great views, a large living room, and a kitchen. Because you are in Stuytown, there's access to tons of green space, basketball courts, pickle ball, volleyball nets, bars and restaurants. There is also laundry in the basement of our building.
About us: We are two friends, both males in our 30's. We have lived together in the past and are moving back in together. I already live in the apartment, and the other guy will be moving in. I work in advertising, and he works in tech. Having lived together in the past, we like to keep a clean and fairly quiet apartment, but are also social and like to go out.
