Awesome female roommate needed in East Village!

We are currently looking for one awesome roommate to fill an available room in a Stuytown apartmentsThese are for one year leases and bedroom will come unfurnished.

APARTMENT FEATURES: Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are amazing! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes. In the summer they even have movie nights in the park and a farmer's market on Sundays. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. In addition, utilities are included for just $26/month!

It is the middle room. It is the room with dimensions 14'3" x 9'2"

THE ROOMMATES:
Avi: I'm a 26-year old software engineer who works at Google. I wake up around 6:30 am and get home usually around 7:30 pm. In my free time, I like to read, go out (but I don't bring the party home), draw, and explore the city.

Saria: I am originally from Germany and moved to New York 8 years ago. I work asa full time Creative Manager at Est?e Lauder. In my free time I love going to the gym, cooking with friends, any outdoor activities, traveling and art.

We are looking for someone who is nice, clean, considerate, and non-smoking. No drugs. No pets. We are both working full time and are looking for someone busy. We are looking for someone who is willing to participate in a weekly cleaning schedule of shared spaces. We do not have a preference in gender or age.
