Live with 2 Male roommates in Stuytown!

We are looking for someone to move in by October 15th at the latest. The incoming roommate can stay in the couch in the living room if they're okay with that for a couple of days if necessary if there's an overlap with the roommate that is leaving.

APARTMENT FEATURES: Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are amazing! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes. In the summer they even have movie nights in the park and a farmer's market on Sundays. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. In addition, utilities are included for just $26/month! It is the middle room. It is the room with dimensions 14'3" x 9'2"

THE ROOMMATES: An ideal roommate would be direct about any concerns they have but in a calm and friendly tone. They'd be a professional 22-35 years old. They may have friends to hang out or stay over but with respect and no out of the ordinary noise or activities. No pets. Male or female is fine. Smokers okay but never allow common areas to smell. If it helps to know, we get a professional cleaning of common areas about once a month. While Venky rarely cooks, I cook a lot but this has never been an issue as we sometimes cook together in the kitchen and talk. Venky and I play FIFA every once in a while. We share a subscription to sling. com for some TV. We just would love someone easy-going who will get along with us as much as we get along with each other.
