2 Female Roommates needed 11/1!

We are looking for someone to start a lease with on 11/1!

APARTMENT FEATURES:
Stuytown is located within the East Village and the apartments are amazing! All of the units are in elevator buildings with laundry, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. The complex is also very nice- lots of trees, parks, and cafes. In the summer they even have movie nights in the park and a farmer's market on Sundays. There is also 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. In addition, utilities are included for just $26/month! It is the middle room. It is the room with dimensions 14'3" x 9'2"

THE ROOMMATES:

About myself: I?m a 24 year old young professional working in Midtown. I?m really into fitness, reading, fashion, cooking, and like exploring the city on the weekends. I am very busy during the week and really love having a quiet, clean, and chill place to come home to.

Ideal Roommates: I am looking for young professionals, ideally in their 20s-30s, who are respectful, clean, and friendly. I would like to keep the rotating weekly cleaning schedule I currently have in place with my roommates. We are each responsible for 1 thing each week. I also keep the place stocked with cleaning supplies and any other basics that we all split equally through Venmo. It has created a really nice environment in the apartment and we never have drama about cleaning etc.

IF CHOSEN AS A ROOMMATE: You would need three months rent to move in: 1st months rent + 1 month security + 1 month fee.. You will be introduced to all potential roommates to confirm compatibility before submitting payment or applying for a lease.

COSTS:

Middle Bedroom: $1600
Master Bedroom: $1730
The only other costs are the AC charge for $26 and our WiFi is $20 per person.
People will need 1 month rent, 1 month security deposit, 1 month fee We will be signing a new lease starting 10/29
