The room has a queen bed, wardrobe, writing desk, lamp and chair with side table with AC unit. You will have only one other roommate in a 2 bedroom unit. I can also make the room available unfurnished dif that is the choice. The room has a queen platform bed with matress, 43" smartTV, side table, writing table with chair with enough light and lamps. There is no background check required and am flexible with the deposit. Ideal for students and professionals.
