Stuytown 3BR Spacious Bedrooms

Subleasing one furnished bedroom in my Stuytown 3BR. Available from January 15th-March 7th, with option to renew my lease in March. Also perfect for anyone just moving to the city and needing a short place to stay before finding a permanent lease! I know these are difficult times, and I am willing to be flexible with the details if you need to discuss anything as a result of the current pandemic. The room will come furnished with at least a queen bed, desk, bedside table, and a dresser that can be made available to you if needed. The room will be deep-cleaned before moving in.

The living room is furnished as pictured. The specific bedroom is negotiable. The price for Bedroom 2 is 1200 (pics 7&8). The price for the Master Bedroom (pics 4-6) is 1450. I currently live in the master bedroom (as pictured), but am willing to give it up if you really want the extra space. Regardless, all the bedrooms are very sizable (floorplan is provided).

Stuytown is a great place to live: management is good and the location & room sizes are one of the best value for money. Stuytown also covers all water, heating, and electricity and only charges a $25 "AC Unit fee" every month, so all together, utilities are a lot cheaper than other places too. Very close to all that East Village has to offer (restaurants, bars, grocery stores, comedy), without all the noise in the late night. Close to metro stops (L @ 1st Ave & Union Square NQR456), with a Citibike station right outside as well.

About me: I'm a 27 yr old working as a Retail Analyst in the fashion industry. I work a typical 9-5, and will be continuing to work from home thru next year. The current roommates are two females, both late 20s professionals in finance & fashion, who will also be wfh in Jan.
