Looking for 1 new roommate to occupy 1 bedroom within our incredibly spacious 5 bedroom apartment. This room is for a one year lease and will come unfurnished. Move in dates are flexible!

APARTMENT DETAILS: This is a very large and centrally located apartment in Stuytown. Stuytown is located within the East Village and the grass, trees, fountain, basketball courts, and cafes make it feel like a suburban oasis in a large city. Our building has an elevator, laundry room, mailroom, and the kitchens come with a dishwasher and microwave. There is 24/7 security that patrols the area and lots of security cameras, so it's very safe. The Stuytown gym and a cafe is right next door to the apartment as well. Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is not far from the L train. The room as well as the whole apartment has high ceilings and lots of space with 2 bathrooms. This room has an AC unit in it. Utilities are included in rent besides the AC, which is roughly $29 a month and WiFi which is $20 a month.

CURRENT ROOMMATES: There are 4 of us ladies who live in the apartment. We are all outgoing and social young professionals within the business field aging from 22-25. Like most New Yorkers, we maintain a balanced lifestyle of working hard and having fun. We like to go out on the weekends and enjoy hosting friends in our apartment while maintaining a clean and comfortable space.
