Room for rent in Stuytown 2 bedroom

Hi! I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom in Stuytown and I recently renewed my lease on 4/15. My roommate has moved out and I'm currently looking to slot someone into his room. The full rent is 3364 per month. For the room I'm looking to fill, the rent (with utilities included) would be $1425. About the apt: it's a spacious apt with a ton of closet space. As you can see from the photos, the room is pretty big. My roommate has a full size bed, dresser, 65" Tv, etc in there and can still move around. easily. Plus, there's a cool view of Stuytown from it. In the building, we have laundry and storage units if needed. Currently, my neighbors are all young professionals too and very nice/helpful. We're close to all means of transportation and walking distance to East Village, Murray Hill, Flat Iron district, etc. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and pretty clean. Me: I work in Credit Risk at a bank, am extremely easygoing, and very outgoing ...I like to be out and about in my free time and am happy to hang out with you (if you want to of course)...I'm a big fan of clear communication...team work makes the dream work :)
