Garbage chute in hall. 24/7 large security force with CCTV monitors Inside and out. Stuytown is unique in the city for very large green areas with paths, tennis, basketball, circum-Manhattan path is 1 block away. With ~11,000 residents Stuytown is the largest private apartment complex in the US, mostly NYU students and professionals, a close-knit community with all the Village has to offer. I?m a retired MD now playing cards professionally so I?m out a lot, or will be again after the virus. Looking for someone who is affable and amiable and fastidious. I would welcome your de-clawed kitten or cat. You will be paying about 1/3 the rent. I mostly go out but you can entertain in. I?m here to stay. Gary
