Looking to rent out 1 room in my 2 bedroom modern apartment in Stuyvesant Town, Manhattan on 18th and 1st starting June 1st! The bedroom, which is listed as the "bedroom 2" on the floor plan, is a converted bedroom with preinstalled, floor to ceiling wall for $1900. Rent includes water, gas, electric, and air conditioning. Cable and internet is an extra $90 per month. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher included as well as laundry in the basement. The main selling point of this apartment is the complex itself! It has a gym, cafe, study space, and a lawn in the middle of the complex which is perfect for setting up a beach towel and laying out on sunny, summer days! The complex also has its own public safety patrolling 24/7 so it's also extremely safe and I never feel uncomfortable walking around late at night. Another plus is Trader Joe's, target, Starbucks, Dunkin, Walgreens, etc all within a few blocks walking distance!

A little about me: I'm a 30 year old RN in NYC. I?'m looking for a female roommate in their mid 20s-30s that are neat, clean, respectful, and down for girl talk and movies with a bottle of wine. Having a quiet apartment to come home to is important to me as my job is incredibly demanding and my apartment is my quiet space to decompress and relax. I also like the common spaces to be neat and clean because it makes me feel like my life is organized lol. On my days off, I love exploring the city, especially all the amazing restaurants as I consider myself to be a foodie!
