I'm on one of the top floors, so we have a great view of the east river! Short walk from M23, M20, M9, M14, and the L! This is a spacious 2 bedroom. I lived in this room for three years and never had a noise issue. You have enough space for a queen bed, two side tables, and a full dresser, and your room has two closets. We are in walking distance of all the great bars and restaurants, and there are so many great walking paths right outside the apartment. Laundry in the building, video surveillance, and 24 hour public safety. I feel safe walking at any hour. I have a brand new stove, great for chefs 😃 and a great bar.

A little about me: I work semi remotely, out of my bedroom, very quiet, clean, and I have 2 small, quiet dogs who are friendly but know boundaries.
