Spacious room for rent in huge East Village apt

Spacious room (9? x 15?) available immediately in a huge 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apt (~1,700 sq. ft.). Closet in your room as well as 2 shared storage closets in the apt. Dishwasher and private laundry in-building just 1 floor down. We?re in an amazing location: smack in the middle of the East Village and Gramercy, near the L and 6 trains and lots of buses, short walk from Madison Sq Park and Union Square, right next to the East River Park/ferry (with lots of nice running + bike paths along the water).

Stuytown is an oasis in the city: basketball/volleyball courts, beautifully landscaped gardens/lawn, gated outdoor workout space, concierge for mail/packages, Sunday greenmarket. There?s a Trader Joe?s, CVS, Walgreens, and many other amenities within a 5 min walk. Ideally we?re looking for someone through March 2021, but open to shorter stays as well.

We?re all late 20?s-early 30?s professionals - 3 guys and one couple who share the master bedroom. We?re low-key and like to keep things chill at the apt (i. e. not bringing the party home). We like to keep things clean and tidy as well. Many of the roommates travel quite a bit, so we?re rarely all in the apt at the same time.
