My room is on the corner, so I have 2 windows. The apartment is on the top floor (12th) so there is absolutely no noise from neighbors, it is so nice.
All utilities are included. Huge and convenient laundry room on the main floor. Trash chute right on our floor, which makes taking out the trash super easy! Willing to sell any furniture, if needed.
Stuytown has beautiful parks and outdoor amenities. It is very special slice of Manhattan, while still being right on 1st avenue by Union Sq/East Village.
Trader Joe’s + Target is only a ~7 minute walk. Countless other grocers and restaurants around too. L train is a 5 minute walk.
I’m flexible on the moving date, so please message me if interested. I’m simply looking to make out of the city, as I’m ready for another state. 😊
