Sublet Needed For Roommate In A Great Apartment

my name is Justin and I’m currently looking for someone to sublet my room in 2BR apartment in Stuytown (14th & Ave B.) quiet apartment with a lot of green space in Stuytown but also very close to everything in East Village/Union Sq. Target and Trader Joe’s is one block away. One block from the L train and very accessible to get around in the city. I’m currently moving in with my long term girlfriend.

The room is $1800 month total plus $1800 for the security deposit. Utilities included! The lease will end April 2022.

I'm a software engineer who likes to play piano and sing in the shower. I keep the place pretty tidy so I expect you to as well. If you're not 420 friendly this won't work out. I'm cool with bringing people over, just give me a heads up if I'm here. I frequently work from home during the day. (Work from home in my bedroom)
